These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into by and between Yiming Liu, sole proprietor trading as MailTicking.com ("we", "our", or "us"), and the users of our mobile applications.
Following Terms of service refers to MAILTICKING mobile applications, hereinafter "MAILTICKING apps", on iOS and Android platforms.
By accessing or using our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Overview of Our Service
Our Temporary Mail service provides users with a temporary mailbox that accepts email. This service is also known as disposable email, fake mail, or throwaway email. Users can receive emails without any registration or personal information disclosure, ensuring anonymity and security.
By using this service, you agree to the following terms. MAILTICKING apps makes no warranty of reliability or suitability for any purpose. Its availability or existence may be removed at any time by its owners. Any email sent through MAILTICKING apps may or may not be available for viewing, may be altered, and is immediately viewable by ANY user of the system. You agree to only access MAILTICKING apps data through the MAILTICKING apps website or MAILTICKING app interface.
The MAILTICKING app functional is free, but some access for some features may be limited to Premium accounts only (after payment or trial).
2. Risks and Limitations
You may not use MAILTICKING apps for any illegal purpose, directly or indirectly. You agree that once the email enters the MAILTICKING apps system, the email you send to MAILTICKING apps or the email you induce other sites/individuals to send will become part of the public domain, and there should be no expectation of privacy for the content of the email.
You agree not to use the public MAILTICKING apps system to receive, store, or view emails containing private or confidential information. You understand that MAILTICKING apps has no control over material put into mailboxes.
You agree to hold MAILTICKING apps harmless from any damages caused by loss of emails, content within emails, damage to your computer from viewing emails, or direct or indirect use of this system.
You agree that you cannot use the MAILTICKING application to send emails and can only receive them. You agree that the email storage time is limited (currently free users store emails for 24 hours, paid users store emails for 1 month), and the domain name may change. You agree not to use temporary email to register important accounts or receive sensitive data. Once deleted, the MAILTICKING application will be unable to recover emails or domain names.
You agree that MAILTICKING app using for authorisation and payments Google Play or/and Apple Store (iTunes) services and have no ability to provide cross-device experience when you reinstall the app or/and change devices. As well, MAILTICKING apps, can't perform cross-device emails synchronization, emails and email addresses backups. MAILTICKING apps with Premium are still temporary disposable emails apps and not traditional fully-functional email software.

4. Usage Scenarios
The temporary email service is suitable for scenarios where you need to register on untrusted websites, participate in one-time surveys, test products, or maintain anonymity while using dating or AI websites.
5. MAILTICKING Premium Subscription
Subscription pricing and terms
Premium allowing to unlock additional features and billed as an auto-renewing subscription with following prices:
Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice. Exact price in specific country available in the app and may be observed prior subscription will be made. The free trial available for 3 days, then paid Monthly subscription will be activated.
Yearly subscription offers a 50% discount compared to monthly billing.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes / Google play Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Premium via Apple iTunes
If you choose to purchase MAILTICKING Premium, payment will be charged to your iTunes account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes Store after purchase. Premium subscription prices can depend on user country, you can see exact terms and prices clearly on purchase screen. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Premium via Google Play
If you choose to purchase MAILTICKING Premium, payment will be charged to your Google Play account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the Google Play after purchase. Premium subscription prices can depend on user country, you can see exact terms and prices clearly on purchase screen. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions
MAILTICKING apps reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and MAILTICKING app will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to MAILTICKING app pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section "Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription."
7. Refund Policy
All payments for MAILTICKING Premium are securely processed through Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. Refund requests are handled according to the respective store's official refund policy. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact the respective store directly, or email our support team at [email protected], and we will assist you with the refund process.
Refunds may be granted for accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access to the service, subject to the store's review and discretion. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing cycle has started.
8. Cancelling subscriptions or turning off auto-renewal
User can cancel subscription's auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below, and will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription's expiration date.
9. Future Functionality
You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by MAILTICKING apps regarding future functionality or features.
10. Destruction of Emails
For privacy, you can generate a new temporary mailbox at any time, and the old mailbox with all its emails will be destroyed.
11. Warranty Disclaimers
The Services provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the Services or Products will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the presence of specific domain names or addresses in the service, as well as the email storage of already arrived emails.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yiming Liu, sole proprietor of MailTicking.com, including its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breaches of these Terms.
14. Data Security
While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk.
15. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the MAILTICKING apps, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain with MAILTICKING.
16. Your Consent
By using our apps, you consent to the apps Terms of Service and Privacy policy.
17. Changes to our Terms of Service
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically.
